Fargate deployment

Does anyone know if we can apply this to Fargate or Fargate EKS deployments where the Docker host is serverless?  Meaning can I run up to 8 containers on AWS Fargate with one Enterprise license?

How do I license ColdFusion on containerized deployments?
ColdFusion Enterprise Edition allows a maximum of eight containers to be used for every Enterprise license, provided the underlying instance is licensed as per the ColdFusion End User Licensing Agreement (EULA).
