Fatal error updating the CF Update 12 on CF 2016

Hi,


I am doing the Update 12 on my Coldfusion 2016 Enterprise Edition using this command below:

sudo /usr/java/latest/jre/bin/java -jar hotfix-012-315717.jar

 

and I am having Fatal Error below:

Moving files failed:
 Status: FATAL ERROR
 Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR - Could not move the file /opt/coldfusion2016/cfusion/jetty/lib to the backup location /opt/coldfusion2016/cfusion/hf-updates/hf-2016-00012-315717/backup/jetty/lib
 
I don't have any idea what's wrong. Did anybody have this experience? Should I try to run the update 12 again?

OS: Centos 7 (3.10.0-1062.1.2.el7.x86_64)
Java version: 1.8.0_221

    No any fatal errors occured.
