Flash Forms don't display

When I display a page with a flash form on my local system it displays fine, but when I load the page from my testing server I get the blank box with the "clcik to activate and use this control" message. However, when I clik, nothing happens.
I've read two of the topics related to this issue "Odd behavior of Flash Form in IE6" and "Click to activate and use this control"
but don't see that behavior described in the threads.
Can anyone provide some guidance as to why it works lcally but not online?
When I press enter after the prompt (on the test serve) nothing happens.
When I apply the Eolasfix custom tag my local version still works (although a box appears around the form) but online I get a blank page....HELP!

I have been experiencing issues with Flash forms as well. I have had forms occasionally fail to display. (All of the forms but one in the application will display). Sometimes it seems specific to the server (on some servers the form will work, on some it won't). Also, the forms appear to display more consistently in Firefox than in IE. I have used Fiddler (a microsoft HTTP proxy) to try and determine what is happening. When the form does not display, I will get a 412 HTTP status code, followed by a 500. I was wondering if anybody else was experiencing behaviour like this, and if so, how they may have resolved it.

Make sure the fix files are in their appropriate locations on the test server, custom tag directory, etc.

What exactly are the fix files and where can I get them? By they way, I am running MX 7.02. The latest patch is "supposed" to fix the problems. Maybe?
