Flash is moving in the wrong direction for many

You guys are really short-sighted.  You've made a false assumption.  (See below):

In my case, my GPU is continually maxed out doing analysis for Folding@home.  As far as I understand it, stream computing provides no tools for setting priority or for interrupting one GPU process to work on another.  On the other hand my GPU can easily be interrupted to process Flash data.

The first thing I need to do is confirm that hardware acceleration is DISABLED.  You're making matters worse by falsely assuming the GPU is always idle.
