Flex configuration in CF 2016.

I migrated an application from a Cold Fusion 9.0.2 server to Cold Fusion 2016.  There is flex coding in this application and the main index.cfm page comes up without any visible errors but displays nothing!  In the CF 9.0.2 server the page comes up with content.  I don't know much about Flex but I've seen other posts about Flex not rendering anything.

Any clues a direction to point me are much appreciated.
