Functions by category

ImageGetEXIFMetadata and ImageGetIPTCMetadata should be listed in the "Image functions" list.

In the list of "cache functions" above, the list is missing cachegetsession (which is documented, at http://help.adobe.com/en_US/ColdFusion/10.0/CFMLRef/WSd160b5fdf5100e8f-7018704d129d9eeda9f-8000.html).

The "cache functions" list also mistakenly lists canonicalize, which has nothing to do with caching.
