Got an error when trying to use cfbuilder

When i installed and tried to use the cfbuilder for the first time then it gave me below error and then it get closed

Hi Jay,

Is this a standalone install of cfbuilder or a plugin installation on eclipse?

On which OS are you installing?

Also the in the Error message I can see java version as 1.4.

For Cfbuilder system requirement is java 1.5 atleast.
