Grace period 15 days Enterprise

Hello -

 

I have CF 2021 and it was installed last year. We have a license for it but recently within the last 2 weeks it displays a message saying that we have 15 days left in the grace period. However it is not counting down each day I login. Is this a bug of some sort?  How do I fix this? I am currently on update 3.

    Could you please let me know if your server has internet access(All the time) or if it is in DMZ? What update level are you in?
