Header and Footer.lbi

Hi all, I am trying to use a footer and header to my html pages.. I am using dreamwear cs3...

I am updating the footer.lbi only, and the changes are not reflected to the html page. Please let me know how to use these footer and header.lbi in my html pages?

You probably meant to ask this on the DW forum (ie: not the CF) forum, I think..?
