Help with basic requirements

Hi I need help regarding by env setup. I have to do some work with flash and coldfusion7 . I need to write cfc's in coldfusion and by using flash remoting services to display results in flash front end. Do any one have idea about this like which version of flash I need to use for coldfusion7 . And any idea about how to do this flash using cfc's to display query results with basic example .
