Hosting ColdFusion - hostingmediauk.com

I bought hosting for ColdFusion 9 http://www.hostmediauk.com/coldfusion-hosting/ version free.
Now I wanted to ask how to configure this on my server for ColdFusion Builder, and Adobe ColdFusion Server Manager.

    I would guess it is very unlikely that this free hosting will have RDS enabled and that they would allow you to conenct via it to the server.  So you will be unable to manage the server via CFB Server manager stuff.  Shared hosts to not typically give access to the cfadmin, adminapi, etc.

    What are you trying to do?  Is there a specific reason you want to connect using the server manager?

    I would like to put my project so far in hosting ColdFusion. In the Flex application connects to a MySQL database using ColdFusion. I don't know exactly how to assign the file index.cfm my project in Flex.
