How do I download the hotfixes/updates for CF11?

Just like the title asks... is there a simple way to download the hotfixes and updates for CF11?

I visited the adobe site, click link after link which led to a broken URL for a blog. Isn't there just a list and a download link available? I need to use them for a Chef script to apply via terminal.
