How do I encrypt cfmail messages in CF 10?

Hello,

I see there is a helpful attribute encrypt for cfmail in ColdFusion 11. But I have version 10. Is there a work around to encrypt cfmail messages?

I did some searching on Google, and didn't find anything.  That doesn't mean that it isn't possible, or feasible; but there is no native way of doing it, as far as I can tell, in CF10.
