How do I update Coldfusion 10?

You can update ColdFusion 10/11 from within the ColdFusion Administrator.  Once you log in, look at the bottom of the left-hand navigation pane for the "Server Update" heading.  Expand that, and click on Updates.  That will bring up the Server Updates screen.  You should be able to download and install updates from here.
