How do you configure the RDS on a coldfusion 7 server?
Hi I setup coldfusion 7 for developing and I set it up to use
Windows IIS.
I want to connect to the RDS using dreamweaver but I keep getting this error in Dreamweaver CS3

1. The URL specified for this site's testing server may be incorrect:
2. The testing server may be incorrectly configured.

The testing server sets up ok. I am using the IP of the Server and a specific port. I assume I need to configure the RDS but I don't understand where?
I see this article on configuring the RDS but it doesn't say where you do this if that is what I need to do?
