How do you specify the output folder for the cfm's

How do you specify the output folder for the cfm's and cfc's in ColdFusion Builder?

It seems really weird that I can't find this option as I keep my files separate (for ease of source control )from their final location on the server.

Are you referring to files created using a wizard? Or when using File>New? Are you storing files in a project? Or preferring to put them outside a project?
