How is a wsdl's targetNamespace defined?

I'm writing a component to act as a webservice.

ColdFusion generates the wsdl and I'm happy for it to do that. I don't want to manually provide the wsdl.

In the wsdl:definitions, it generates a targetNamespace. How does it determine what the targetNamespace should be?
