How to create JDBC URL that includes the Enable High ASCII characters and Unicode for data sources configured for non-Latin characters?

When using JDBC URLinstead of database and server name, how do I include the Enable High ASCII characters and Unicode for data sources configured for non-Latin characters options? Because when using the JDBC URL, that option is no longer available in the ColdFusion Admin datasources page. Any help is much appreciated.
