How to fix HttpExtensionProc::jk_isapi_plugin.c error

I' am not a ColdFusion expert I' am just a beginner. I started to have issue when I login to the ColdFusion Administrator, it gets stuck on `enter.cfm` white page. When I checked the `isapi_redirect.log`. This is what's on the log
