Does Coldfusion Builder 3 have code formatting? If there is, will someone tell me where it is?

Yes, Coldfusion Builder 3 has facilities to enable you format your code. Click in the menu bar on Window, and select Preferences. Then follow the tree structure, ColdFusion => Profiles => Editor. One of the resulting options is Formatter.
