How to manually apply hot fix in CF10 (war) deployed in Tomcat Standalone

Hi,

I have CF10 deployed in Standalone Tomcat. the autoupdates is not working.. wondering how to apply the patch for that instance.. I don't see any hf-updates folder in the exploded war CF10 folder.
