How to purchase CF Report Builder

CF Report Builder is only available with CF itself. When you use CF Report Builder with a licensed CF server, the files you build should not have a watermark - that is, the files themselves don't have the watermark, it gets applied at runtime by the CF server that processes the files. At least, that's my understanding of how this works - I really haven't worked with Report Builder for years.
