How To View Logs in Administrator/Console After CF2018 Update 15

Good Morning All

Is there a workaround to view logs in the Administrator/Console after installing 2018 Update 15? Update 15 removes access to View/Download/Delete logs. That doesn't make sense! Without the online interface, we have to log into the server to view the logs.
