I am a Mac user (Mojave) and InDesign shortcuts stopped working after latest update.

If I log in as "root" InDesign works as it used to be, but in the normal mode it doesn't. I have already changed permissions to "read & write" and also changed InDesign in Preferences and caches to "InDesign.old" but it didn't help.
