I am unable to schedule reoccurring tasks/jobs using CF10 Standard.

I am unable to schedule reoccurring tasks/jobs using CF10 Standard. Before the upgrade we were using CF 7 Standard and we were able to schedule reoccurring tasks/jobs. Could you assist?
