I see IIS error as opposed to CF debug Error

Hi

I have just purchased my 1st dedicated box and am having nightnamers...

I am running CF 8

1. I have tried to generate a CF debug error by purposely creating a query with an error, but instead i am presented with an IIS error. See www.mysoulprovider.org.

Why do i see the IIS error page and not the CF error page

2. My CAPTCHA Images do not appear... See www.mysoulprovider.org/blog_view.cfm?blogid=18 and scroll down... A captcha image is supposed to appear there.

It was all working 100% on my previous shared server.

Please can someone assist me as this is fairly critical to my business.

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Delon

    Hi

The problem was that Plesk creates its own directory structure. Therefore all paths were wrong.

I am now paying $25 per month for  Plesk Power pack which i think is absolutly crap!

Anyway, thank you for the assistance,

    Regards

I don't see an "IIS error" when I browse to that page.  Can you pls just state what the error says in a follow-up post?  Cheers.

Can you write a stand-alone "steps to reproduce" for the captcha code to demonstrate it not working?

Have you asked your hosting provider why you might be having these problems?  They will have the best idea as to what they've got bolted down that your previous host does not.

Does either the captcha stuff or the source of the other error need access to resources in the /CFIDE dir, and can they access it?

Do you have "Enable Robust Exception Information" turned on under the "Debuging & Logging > Debug Output Settings" section of the ColdFusion Administrator portal page?
