IIS not working any more after tidy up

I was having a tidy up and moved the CFIDE folder to another drive where I thought it was already installed.

I then realised that I could not get on to any of the sites, I got error 503 when I tried.

I copied the folder back but have still had no joy in accessing the sites so I must have mixed up settings somewhere. I think it is to do with IIS but cannot find anything.

I have tried adding new sites but with no success.

Can I repair the coldfusion 9 installation in some way or should I re-install it?

Any ideas would be welcomed.
