IIS7 and CF9 Installation

Can anyone point me in the right direction for set-up information regarding IIS7 and CF9?  I can't seem to get CF9 working.  I am running IIS7 on a Windows 2008 Standard x64 server and a fresh install of CF9.  The install documentation seems sparse and unspecific.  Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Ok, IIS is now working with CF9 out of the wwwroot folder.  My big question now is how do I multihome IIS for different domains?  I dont think I want to have all my site root folders in the wwwroot folder......or do I?  Is it a permissions thing?  Anyone have any good suggestions/best practices?
