Image in title of cflayoutarea?

Is it possible to get an image inside of a cflayoutarea?  Not as a background, but as part of the title?

On this page, there is a small image associated with the location, they are country flags.  For now I put them next to the categories, but I hate the way they look, I'd rather have the Canada flag just to the left of Canada in the tab.
