ImageDrawText() Font Issue – CF8

Hello,

ImageDrawText() in the CF8 server return error – “Unable to find font: Serif” and display list of fonts that can be used, but the font I want to use not in that list. The font is installed and mapped with the cfadmin.
The same font work perfectly on my cf9 developer machine with ImageDrawText(). Have you come across this situation before or have any clues how to work around this issue? Any hint highly appreciated.

    I have read about that issue before. One of the suggestions was to add the font to your jre's font directory.
