Very strange issue - just installed CF2021 Update 7 on production server.  For some reason the printer info isn't displaying?

Yep, I did a post yesterday on the new update (with info some may appreciate). But it (or past ones) should go more smoothly. That post I mentioned yesterday goes over solving common challenges. I have another in the works.

So bottom line, you're set, right?

First thing: confirm there were 0 fatalerrors (and hopefully also 0 nonfatalerrors) in the cf update log. More on finding and checking for that at https://www.carehart.org/blog/2016/9/6/solve_common_problems_with_CF_updates_in_10_and_above

Thanks so much for your reply, Charlie.  Good news: no errors of any kind, but I need to tell you what happened.  Looks like Update 7 literally happened yesterday.  I updated the server to Update 6 using the java command in the jre directory.  But when I have done this with my other servers months earlier, administrator never installed correctly.  No big deal, I use cfpm to install it -- but when I did this yesterday, it updated everything to Update 7 in cfpm, but then administrator failed to install due to the "opaque at line 2" or whatever error.  After much fussing, I did get Update 7 to install, but the administrator still did not work.  So I left it at the previous version, and it did install -- then I did the proper update to the administrator via CFAdmin package update.

I'm beginning to think I'll just start over -- uninstall everything and install Update 7 from the getgo.  This is a new server I'm setting up, so luckily, I can do this...
