index.cfm not loading after upgrading to CF10

We upgraded to CF10 yesterday and our home page (index.cfm) isn't loading. However, if someone types in the full address, i.e. http://www.xyz.edu/index.cfm, then the page loads.

We've checked the setting on the Web server to be sure that it recognizes index.cfm as the home page.

Any idea what might be the problem?
