Hello.Versions:CF8, MySQLI have one individual who fills the MSO postion for two different departments. I need to search a DB Table of submitted reports and return all submitted reports the MSO is associated with. Nine for dept-01 and four for dept-02. When I output the results as a text list, all displays as intended with no grouping or separations. However, when I cfloop the output, over a <cfselect> the results are grouped and two separate <cfselect> boxes are created. Dept-01 individuals in first one and dept-02 are displayed in second, each with their own submit button.What am I missing/doing wrong? How would I accomplish the output so there is only one <cfselect> containing all nine names to choose from?Below is what I have at the moment.This query below obtains agency_cert_number for each agency and MSO is associated with. HiI have a 2 dimensional array stored in sessions scope:     <cfset Session.POarCart=#arrayNew(2)#>and it can have as many as 7 elements (for example):     Session.POarCart[1][1]     Session.POarCart[1][2]     Session.POarCart[1][3]     Session.POarCart[1][4]     Session.POarCart[1][5]     Session.POarCart[1][6]     Session.POarCart[1][7]... however elements 6 and 7 (Session.POarCart[1][6] and Session.POarCart[1][7]) don't always get filled (or populated, or set, whatever the nomenclature....)Does anyone know how to check if a specific array element "contains something"? "is not null"? "has length"? I can test that the array exists, and it does, but I don't know how to test for the exact position of the array.My code is failing when I attempt to reference Session.POarCart[1][6] because it doesn't contain anything.Anyone?Th

Hi,When create project, I saved this into this location: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mycfapp\cfsapps instead of Adobe ColdFusion Builder workspace in C drive.  Go to project properties >Coldfusion Project >  Additional Source, I don’t have anything there. I created the test page but when click on IE to view and got error message: Selected file is not in the document root of the server, ………”  Why I am getting this, since additional source is an optional right? Also, got error for RDS query viewer does not exists.Everything works fine If I create project and saved them into the default: C:\Users\myID\Adobe ColdFusion Builder workspace\myproject .  So, my question why it can’t be saved into C:\inetpub\wwwroot ?Thanks

We are running a post to a web service using cfhttp.When the post runs over https, the return is limited to 8K.Has anyone seen a similar issue?

I have 4 sites running under 1 instance of CF 10 STD. every now and then no regular pattern 2 of the smaller sites stop responding to http requests. Has anyone seen the issue before?  When this issue first occured I seen it happeneing durning the client variable purge I have since disabled the registry purge and placed the client variables in an SQL DB.  The issue stoped for about a week but now it has come back and not on any type of regular interval or pattern. I have a project where I am dealing with around 200 data entry variables.   I put notices everywhere not to use punctation but folks do love to input $ and commas which of course throws the error  "Error converting data type varchar to numeric." I have tried every trick I can find but it does not catch the $ and comma entery.   This is my latest effort.   The SQL type is numeric(10,0).   What have I missed?  What am I doing wrong?   Very frustrated with this! <cfinput type="text" name="GFA" value="#NumberFormat(GFA)#" size="9"  Message="Round to whole dollars no punctuation" ValidateAt="onsubmit" Validate="integer">Thanks for your time. 

I recently installed ColdFusion Enterprise 10 and set up 3 instances on the same server and then set up multi server monitoring for my three instances. The problem is logging into one CF admin on one port logs you out of the other. This appears to be affecting the multiserver monitor as well making it utterly useless. From the overview dashboard you can see the servers logging in and out repeatedly. Is this is a bug or is there something obvious here I'm missing?

Can´t believe it!!!I have two laps one Mac runnig CF10 dvlp ed. the other one its the same in Win7.So, I started a prj in Mac and run it, so far so good (css loaded, png loaded, jQuery start dvlp)even FireB data loaded. Then copy import the prj in Win 7 to work in home and...Surprise Apache Tomcat resources not found... How is this POSSIBLE!!!I start with CF 9 in ISS (make to do the right things run its a nail in the mouth but it worth it)then CF10 appears and I said"This is really a love at first sight"But NOW! its really dissapointing. How fix this? I have readed all I find about it butfinally I cant believe it...Its not hardware issue, both CF10 are up to date (17/07/2013) so I´m little tiredof the struggle with CF and Windows...I just want to know how is this possible...

We are running ColdFusion 10,282462 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) server.  There are several updates waiting to be downloaded and installed.  Before I can install these updates I need to download and install a manditory update.  I have downloaded the manditory update, but I am not sure where on our server that I need to copy the files included in the cf10_mdt_updt folder which I downloaded from your website.  Where do I copy the downloaded files to on our server?

I had a battle with this, I've googled and seen more than 100 results and have not found the solution.I installed many times "Coldfusion", in different ways, in different distributions of linux and can not find the solution to the much hated "flex2gateway", tryig so many fixes but none worked for me, I keep getting the 404.System details: Debian Wheezy (7.0), Coldfusion 10, Apache 2.2.22I hope someone can help me.

I am using coldfusion 10. cfmenu not working. Error is 'this.body.firstChild' is null or not an object in menu-min.js file.Error in line oNode=this.body.firstChild.Any body faced same issue? What is the fix of this error.

I recently moved a Cold Fusion site from an older 2003 box to a new 2008 64 bit box. I used Web Deploy to move the site after installing Cold Fusion. The same version that was on the 03 box. Cold Fusion 8. So far all aspects of the site have worked fine except for today when users tried to do a upload. They get this error. Attribute validation error for CFFILEThe value of the attribute destination which is currently " pointing to a folder on a server"  is invalidI compared the file it specifies between the 2 servers and it's the same. Is this because of the 2003 to 2008 change? I compared CF setting on both servers and they match up. Where do I beging to troubleshoot this? I had to hook up the old server to get the site working properly for the users. I know nothing of CF. This site was developed by a Consultant that is no longer available to us.Thanks for any help

Hi,     I am getting the error message "Element cause is undefined in a Java object of type class coldfusion.xml.rpc.ServiceProxy$ServiceInvocationException" while  calling the LoadReport() to load the report rdl file in coldfusion 10 through web service.It is working fine when i am using the sql 2008 report server but it is giving the above error in 2005 sql server in client's staging server.Below is the piece of code where exactly i am facing the issue:var execInfo = webServiceObj.loadReport(javacast('string','ReportName'),javacast("null",""),trustedUserHeader);Thanks in advance.
