Install ColdFusion 8 on Snow Leopard?

I tried to install the developer edition on my MBP with Snow Leopard and it's a no-go.  Looks like the server is running, but the link to Apache is broken.  Found this article, but haven't tried it yet.  Hoping Adobe will release a patch so I can just reinstall.
