Install wizard hangs upon installation

After downloading and unpacking the trial version of Coldfusion the install wizard on a windows 2000 server platform freezes and shows the background of the desktop. Is there a way around this or is there something not functioning on the server or possibly the wizard not executing correctly. Please advise.

Maybe consider redownloading the .exe. Or try running it on another box. Is your w2k server running antivirus software? Might want to stop that for a short time while the installer runs.
