Installation Error : Installanywhere error

I have downloaded developer's edition of coldfusion-801-win64.exe and while trying to install get following error:

Install Anywhere Error: Windows error 193 occured while loading the java vm

I have tried it on 3 different machines, Can anyone let me know what I am doing wrong?
