Installation is Finished, but accessing a file gives an error?

When i open /cf_scripts/scripts/ajax/ckeditor/plugins/filemanager/upload.cfm ,have a error.

so, how can solve the problem ？

    The error message says it all.  Did you try to directly access the upload.cfm file within the CKEditor directory?  I don't think you can do that.  It's looking for "form.path" and is trying to delete the first index value.  But either "form.path" doesn't exist, or it's a blank, so there is nothing to delete.
