Is CF 9.0.2 cumulative hot fix 1 included in CF Standard 9.0.2.282541

I'm trying to tell if the Server product CF Standard 9.0.2.282541 I downloaded at the end of 2013 has the CF 9.0.2 Cumulative hot fix 1 (release date: February 27 2013)) applied.  I would think so but I can't find a place to verify.  Thank you for your help.

\ColdFusion9\lib\updates will have chf9020001.jar file present if CF9.0.2 CHF1 was applied.
