Is CFBuilder 3 no longer supporting "Services Browser"

I used too use Services Builder a lot to generate my CFINVOKE code. I can no longer find it in Builder 3. Does anyone no where it is?

I see it on my ColdFusion Builder 3. If you don't see it, try going to Windows -> Show View -> Other... and under the ColdFusion folder you should see Services Browser.
