Is Cold Fusion 10 installer still available?

Does anyone know where to find it if it is? Someone at my work told me that you have to install 11 and then downgrade. Is that true?

    You can find downloads for all version of Coldfusion here - http://www.gpickin.com/cfrepo/

    You could speak to adobe though as they might provide the software for CF10 if you have a CF11 license.
