I support an application that uses cfinclude in it's application.cfc modules and there have not been any issues.

There is no reason I can think of to hesitate about using a cfinclude in a CFC. CFML is CFML.

I would need some more details, like a use-case. I can't think of any problems off the top of my head.

However, if you intend to include another cfc, there's a better way to do it.
