Is it possigle to install China region

Our customer purchased Coldfusion from japanese Adobe agent.

They installed it to AWS Tokyo region.

In the near future, they are nessesary to install Coldfusion to Chinese AlibabaCloud Shanhai resion.

Is it possible to use coldfusion licence which is perchased from Japanese agent.

I'm worried about export registration.

If we can not do that, is it possible to purchase Coldfusion licence in China?
