Is there a developer version of ColdFusion v8?

A while ago - they used to have a developer version of ColdFusion 7 that was free. Is there a developer version of ColdFusion for version 8? if so - what is the URL for it?

All I see is the product trials page:

is there a special page for developers version - or ???

    Which becomes a production version if a License key is provided. If one
    extrapolates on this feature the developer version is simply a
    production version without a License key provided.
