Is there any direction to install libraries in ColdFusion?

I am using ColdFusion 9 and I have XSS issue when i run security scan. I would like to install encoder-1.2.jar file into Coldfusion. Is there any suggestion or direction to install and use that library?

    You should find documentation on usage from the website of the library's creator.

    To install for use in ColdFusion, you usually have to

    1) stop ColdFusion;

    2) copy the JAR file to the lib directory of the instance(s);

    3) restart ColdFusion
