Issue with cf-document tag while converting doc tp pdf

I am getting this error, while converting few random documents to pdf.

error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/common/cache/CacheLoader at coldfusion.runtime.StructBean.(StructBean.java:79)

This issue is occuring with random documents and for 50% of the documents code works fine.

I am not sure why this error is thrown. Can someone please help me figure this out.
