Issue with Compiled Code and Mapping

We have an application that we distribute to clients after we have compiled the code using cfcompile with the -deploy tag. We recently sent a distribution to a client and after they installed Coldfusion and the app files, they are receiving the following error when they try to access any webpage in the app (this is with Robust Exception Handling enabled):

Of particular interest is the fact that it appears to be looking at the directory where we compiled the code (X:\iOfficeDev\Clients\source\index.cfm) instead of on the web server. We know that this distribution is good as we sent the exact same distro to another client and they are running without any errors. We have tried tinkering with the Coldfusion mappings, the root of IIS, and we have Googled for hours, all to no avail. Another thing that is somewhat odd is that we can send him source code snippets and it will work just fine (obviously we don't want to send the entire app in source code, so that's not really an option).

The client is running Coldfusion 8 on a Windows 2003 box with IIS 6. Anyone run into this or have any ideas as to what might be causing the issue?
