jquery selectors breaks cf builder code color theme

This is really annoying.  When I use jquery selectors with #, cf builder's code coloring gets broken.

For example, in this image, the rest of the page after the selector in the is that sickly yellow / brown color.  My code block is not surrounded with <cfoutput> tags.  Any way to fix this that doesn't involve doubling up on #?
