Jrun Server Error

This error happens few times... is there a way to eliminate this? I am using mx 7.2 with latest hot fix chf20003.jar

Is there anything going into any of the CF or JRun logs?

If you take the hotfix back out, does the problem not occur?

Hotfix had been there for long time... It is not related to hotfix...
