JRUN slowing the server

MS Server 2008 Standard SP2

Intel Xeon 2 @ 2.33GHz

4 GB RAM

Coldfusion 8

HI all

Couple weeks ago jrun process has started using 20% CPU on avarage on all times and this has made server slow and CF response time is going up like crazy.  I would really aprpeciate some help in identifying what's causing this.  I got CF monitor going but not quite sure what should I be looking at.

Please help!!!!
