JS error with CFGRID

Greetings,

I have been hired to do a simple CFGRID that binds to the customer so they can view their orders. I created a general cfgrid that shows the main order info and then the end user can click on a row and bring up cfwindow to display order details. My customer is running into the attached error. I am not and so cannot reproduce.

(CFDEBUG does not work on his end as he is viewing production and that is turned off on the server ...which I do not control)

Note: this is my firsst foray into the CFAJAX stuff, so sorry for being a newbie.
